Program Details
Age: 18+
Sessions: 6-week programs, available year-round
What We Offer:
Introductory Classes: Perfect for beginners or those returning to dance after a break. These classes focus on building confidence, improving coordination, and learning the basics of a variety of styles.
Intermediate/Advanced Classes: For experienced dancers who want to refine their technique, challenge themselves, and stay active in a supportive studio environment.

Adult Ballet

Candlelit Yoga
Unwind and recharge with our calming Candlelit Yoga sessions. Set in a soothing, low-lit studio, this class combines gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and grounding poses to release tension and restore balance.
Thoughtfully scheduled after our Ballet class, Candlelit Yoga allows you to end the busy week feeling grounded and at ease.
